As a Web Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, publishing, and management of content on websites. You'll need to have excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively with teams.
What you'll be doing
- Develop content strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty
- Ensure all content is on-brand, up-to-date, and relevant to target audiences
- Oversee content creation and work closely with writers, designers, and developersManage editorial calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
- Monitor website analytics to track content performance and optimize as needed
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement governance processes for content approval and publicationStay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field
- Proven experience as a web content manager or similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent editing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred candidates that have experience with web analytics tools, Knowledge of HTML and CSS and very good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Web Content Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
