User Experience Optimization Specialist

As a User Experience Optimization Specialist, you must someone who has a knack for recommending design that is based on tangible insights. You will be working on insightful UX Research providing holistic recommendations, creating and overseeing A/B testing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support in the improvement and implementation of UXO strategies with the goal of improving conversion rates and revenue for clients
- Support optimization developments, tools, and tactics to increase efficacies and results
- Work closely with other teams, including Intelligence (Research & Analytics), Content, Design and Development
- Create hypotheses, testing instructions and reports for A/B testing
- Join client meetings when UXO project is being presented
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, IT or related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 3 years of hands-on combined experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and/or JQuery
- Appreciates working with data and knows a basic understanding of statistics
- Strong creative communication and analytical thinking skills
- Positive attitude, self-driven and determined to succeed in a dynamic atmosphere
- Must have experience in testing platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.), digital analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Preferred candidates with extensive experience and has a mind for phenomenal User Experience design, plus an interest in business strategy and analytical insight and can work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced User Experience Optimization Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
