Senior Quest Designer

As a Senior Quest Designer, you will utilize your love of games and well-crafted stories along with your innovation and creative problem-solving skills to define and craft experiences that affect our players over the lifetime of their relationship with the products that we develop.
What you’ll be doing
- Experience owning narrative sequences and scripted gameplay
- Know how to tell stories in gameplay
- Linear and non-linear narrative best practices updated
- Can deliver high quality characters, narratives and quests
- Has the ability to translate ideas into implementation
- Open for criticism
- Experience in MMO and quest for open world design
- Ability to communicate effectively across a range of different disciplines to foster consensus
Requirements
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Deep knowledge in Guild Wars 2
- Script or programming experience
- Experience in team management and owning a products vision
- Knowledgeable in user experience best practices
- Python or lua language experience
- Attention to detail
- Deeply organize
Preferred candidates that have great interest and awareness of future developments in online and mobile games. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Quest Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
