As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving data-informed decisions. What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics and success criteria
- Analyzing user behavior and product usage data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes and features
- Developing dashboards and reports to track product performance and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with Product Managers to prioritize and drive product initiatives based on data insights
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Participating in product roadmap planning, providing data-driven recommendations
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior analysts to support their professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven company
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings to stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred candidates have a strong background in data analysis, statistical methodologies, and experimentation.
