What you'll be doing
- Analyzing product metrics and user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize product performance and user experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product KPIs and success metrics
- Generating reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and recommendations
- Conducting competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks
- Utilizing data visualization tools to present data and insights effectively
- Conducting user research and feedback analysis to understand user needs and preferences
- Assisting in product roadmap development and prioritization based on data insights
- Participating in the evaluation and adoption of new product analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
- Knowledge of product analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Preferred candidates will have advanced skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. They will possess experience in the tech industry and have a track record of providing valuable insights that directly impact product strategy. An understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience with user behavior tracking tools would be advantageous.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Product Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
