Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be focusing on outbound prospecting to generate a sales pipeline of qualified prospects for the rest of the team.  

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Generate new business opportunities via inbound and outbound calling, email and or LinkedIn. 
  • Pre-qualify leads and truthfully document the customers' needs and wants into CRM 
  • Qualify leads from all marketing campaigns channels 
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective customers 
  • Meet the predetermined company targets on the sales quotas and exceed them at times 
  • Regularly follow-up customers through phone calls, emails, or social media to retain the existing customers 
  • Work closely with other sales teams to develop a long-lasting relationship with prospects 
  • Act as an expert on the company's products in delivering messages to prospective customers 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Experience in using CRM 
  • A go-getter person 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations 
  • Active listening skills is a must 

Preferred candidates that are results-driven, has good conversational skills and a go-getter one. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Sales Development Representative. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
