- Accounting/bookkeeping

Ideal profile
The ideal candidate should excel at maintaining an efficient end-to-end funnel of candidates and can determine a candidate's potential through questions and evaluations. You should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a database of prospective candidates in our ATS. Additionally, you should be driven and committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Your Job
- Source candidates and maintain and develop your pipeline of great candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct interviews via Zoom
- Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Maintain the data in your pipeline, our ATS, and our project management tool
Your Skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or significant experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and ATS experience
- Effective communication
- Great English, written and spoken
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A passion for your job and people
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas
