Remote Lead Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage web development projects
- Ensure effective team communication and maintain workflow
- Employ your expertise in JAMStack Development, JavaScript/React-based Static Site Generators (like Gatsby, Next, etc.), CSS and CSS frameworks (TailWindCSS preferred), and Headless CMS development (Sanity.io, Contentful experience a plus)
- Utilize your skills in website analytical tracking (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
- Understand and implement website deployment workflows (production to staging, staging to production, etc.)
- Use git repositories and version control
- Communicate professionally, set expectations, and compromise when necessary
- Adhere strictly to deadlines and manage time effectively
- Utilize core workflow systems (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, GSuite, etc.)
- Engage other team members respectfully and cooperatively
Qualifications:
- A self-starter who is eager to learn
- Organized, motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Comfortable with receiving feedback
- Remote work experience handling US clients
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken
We offer a full-time, US-hours (EST) remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Lead Web Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
