Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to collect, clean, and classify data.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows.
- Validate data for accuracy across various reports and platforms.
- Manage digital platform access and security for brands.
- Help prepare concise, impactful reports and presentations.
- Identify trends and anomalies through data exploration and analysis.
- Create and maintain data visualizations, telling compelling stories with data.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in analytical support, preferably for digital marketing or business teams, and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH functions, IF Statements, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with SQL. Knowledge of Snowflake and AWS data warehouses is beneficial.
- Exposure to programming languages like R or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
