What you'll be doing 

  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand onboarding needs and requirements 
  • Designing and developing comprehensive onboarding programs and materials 
  • Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new hires to our company culture and values
  • Providing support and guidance to new employees throughout the onboarding process 
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding programs and making continuous improvements 
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure new hires receive necessary training and resources 
  • Developing and maintaining onboarding metrics and reports 
  • Managing onboarding schedules and timelines to ensure a seamless experience
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices and trends in employee onboarding 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as an Onboarding Program Specialist or similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Knowledge of onboarding best practices and strategies 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

Preferred candidates will have experience in designing onboarding programs for a diverse workforce. They will possess a deep understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies. Additionally, experience with e-learning platforms and the ability to adapt onboarding programs for remote or hybrid work arrangements would be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Onboarding Program Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
