Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Marketing and Events Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the logistics for convention events and spearhead a website redesign project. This role demands a versatile skill set encompassing marketing, franchise support, event organization, and editorial content refinement, with a particular focus on the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet our high standards.
  • Website Redesign: Collaborate with our digital team to refresh and enhance our website's design and functionality, aligning with our brand's strategic goals.
  • Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies to support our franchises, increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Refinement: Oversee the creation and revision of content, ensuring it is compelling, accurate, and tailored to our target audience in the fitness industry.
  • Project Management: Utilize tools like Asana, Klaviyo, and HubSpot to manage projects efficiently, keeping all tasks on track and stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, and project management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Asana, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and a knack for adopting new technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with expertise in content creation or editorial work.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements
  • Documented experience organizing larger events.
  • Proficient in using Asana, Klaviyo, and HubSpot
  • C2 English, written and spoken.
  • Amenable to working in US hours.
  • Documented experience handling US clients.
  • Amenable to using a time tracker.
