What You'll Be Doing
- Administer the proposal of site partners for immediate contextually placed buys
- Bargain rates, value, and terms with media partners
- Authorize RFP to partners prior to submission
- Drive evaluation development of vendor proposals for both qualitative and quantitative mechanisms
- Connect with specialty teams to guarantee cohesive, blended digital campaign recommendations
- Take the lead of supporting content for recommended partners and programs to the Connection Planning team for plan recommendations to client
- Own client status report on behalf of Digital Investment team
- Oversee junior team in ensuring campaign readiness to launch
- Ensure campaigns are executed with excellence and stay within budget
- Lead team in providing insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Planning and Buying
- Excellent business sense and bargaining skills
- Robust connections in the industry, knowing the right persons and locations to go for the deal
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with other department
- Can do multi-task and prioritize for self and others
- Attention to detail and understanding of budget limitations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Extraordinary communication, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to use in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing tools such as AdServer, Google Analytics, Nielsen, AdRelevance, Prisma, and @Plan
Preferred candidates with great familiarity in any accounting software, media buying experience and can work in US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Manager, Digital Investment. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
