Junior UX Designer

As a Junior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement user-centered design methodologies, and influence strategic decisions with your expertise in UX design.
What you'll be doing
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
Requirements
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
Preferred candidates with a background in coding and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will have an advantage. We are particularly interested in individuals who are continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in UX design.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Junior UX Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
