FullStack Developer

As a FullStack Developer, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of web applications. We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications
- Designing and implementing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Developing and maintaining back-end components and APIs using modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Integrating front-end and back-end components to create seamless web applications
- Conducting testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in web development
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of web applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a FullStack Developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Preferred candidates who have a strong background in full-stack development and have successfully delivered web projects. Experience with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and version control systems will be highly valued. Knowledge of design principles, UX/UI concepts, and testing frameworks will also be considered advantageous. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively will be important qualities we seek in candidates.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced FullStack Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
