As an Executive Assistant, you should have a strong sense of ownership towards deadlines. You will assist the founder with all projects and tasks that arise. You must have a go-getter attitude, be scrappy, be driven, self-starter, and be eager to learn quickly while also challenging yourself on a daily basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Email, project, calendar, and task management
  • Helps prepare for meetings.
  • Records notes and action items from meetings
  • Makes travel arrangements for executives
  • Performs office duties that include ordering supplies, snacks, lunches, etc
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Email management and prioritization
  • Overall support in business planning and program management
  • Work with all departments to coordinate and maintain executive support
  • Ensure all deadlines are communicated properly
  • Create agendas, presentations, schedules, and other documents as needed
  • Support in presentation decks
  • Kick Off Meetings, Recognition, Training, Board Decks, and Monthly Operating Reviews
  • Flexibility to problem-solve scenarios and anticipate pivots
  • Completion of accurate, high-quality work within an urgent environment
  • Help in office management
  • Other applicable duties, as assigned to keep the Executive team focused on most high-value work
  • Support in office aesthetics, organization, and a high-quality work environment for all
  • Write as needed and support marketing activities (guidance can be provided)

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills

Preferred candidates that can work under pressure in a fast pace environment to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Accounting Associate. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
