As a Data Intelligence Associate (Remote), you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting large data sets to generate meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, conduct data modeling, and create reports and visualizations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual who thrives in a remote work environment. 

What you'll be doing

• Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful information
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and drive data-driven decision-making
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics, incorporating best practices into daily work
• Perform data quality assessments and implement measures to enhance data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data storage, security, and accessibility in compliance with regulations
• Provide support in data-related projects, including data migration, integration, and system implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex and unstructured data sets
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Effective interpretation skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred candidates for this role will have a background in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a remote work setting. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities, curiosity, and a passion for uncovering insights from data. Experience in working with large data sets, conducting predictive analytics, or data visualization will be highly valued.
