Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Thankz, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by optimizing their experience and ensuring they derive maximum value from our staffing solutions.
Thankz is a leading staffing agency that provides remote full-time staff to US companies. We pride ourselves on bridging the talent gap and connecting businesses with the best remote professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for a long-term relationship.
  • Candidate presentation: Take candidates through the last stages of the hiring process and present them to the clients.
  • Feedback Loop: Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any client concerns or issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Retention: Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the leadership team on account health, challenges, and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and practices.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring client success.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the staffing or HR industry.
  • Knowledge of remote work dynamics and challenges.
  • Offshore staffing experience.
The ideal candidate should be born in the US or have long exposure to the US and a strong background in the BPO/RPO industry, significant experience as a Customer Success Manager, and, ideally, recruitment. As it is a remote job, it is very suitable if this person currently resides or travels in LATAM.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Customer Success Manager.
