As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience, and building long-lasting relationships.  

What you'll be doing 

  • Engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat 
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner 
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and product returns 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues 
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement 
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases 
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded 

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred 
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  • Ability to handle challenging and sensitive customer interactions 
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills 
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates will have a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving high customer satisfaction scores. They will possess a positive and proactive attitude, with a strong desire to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Customer Experience Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
