As a Creatives Manager Reseller, you will be accountable for developing and overseeing brand assets for use across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the high-quality brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising a team of content creators and ensuring their work meets expectations.
- Keeping up with the latest marketing techniques and adapting to new ideas.
- Chairing content creation meetings.
- Guiding clients in selecting content for optimal impact.
- Addressing client issues and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Collaborating on new content projects with other departments such as creating infographics, presentations, and reports.
- Acting as a leader within the content creation team, providing support and guidance to team members.
- Bridging communication between the Creatives Department and Company Management (CEO and COO)
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a field such as art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related subject
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content creation with a demonstrated ability to create both marketing and internal materials like presentations
- Confidence in leadership, with the capability to be empathetic, dependable, and assertive when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak professionally and actively listen to clients and colleagues
Preferred candidates that possesses a dynamic and energetic approach to problem-solving, has a strong passion and drive for producing exceptional creative design and shows interest in different cultures and a global perspective. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Creatives Manager Reseller. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
