Creatives Manager

As a Creatives Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and project management of our company's creative initiatives. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of creatives and manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategic creation and execution of compelling, visually stunning, and operationally effective campaigns
- Maximize outreach through SEO optimization and increase visibility
- Develop marketing strategies to help achieve annual goals
- Manage day-to-day operations of the creative department, including developing timelines and budgets while working with internal stakeholders
- Participate in the creative ideation process to help ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related fields preferred
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- At least 5 years proven experience managing high end creative campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with stellar organizational abilities
- Proven success optimizing content for SEO performance and visibility
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is necessary
Preferred candidates that have collaboration skills, strong communication skills, enthusiasm for fast learning/evolving technologies, demonstrate leadership capabilities under pressure. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Creatives Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
