Computer Project Manager

As a Computer Project Manager, you will oversee multiple software development projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. You will work remotely with a team of developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing software development projects from start to finish
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Proven experience in software project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience managing remote teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred candidates that have a PMP or another project management certification, along with experience using project management software like Jira or Asana. Candidates should also have a familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC), knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python, and experience in client-facing roles. Additionally, experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic c environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Computer Project Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
