Back End Developer

As a Back End Developer, you will ensure that the website performs correctly, focusing on databases, back-end logic, application programming interface (APIs), architecture, and servers. You will also collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, principal architects, and website testers to build the structure of a website or mobile application.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build the fundamental software with back-end features.
- Work closely with other product creators in the company to share ideas, divide responsibilities, and effectively determine the most efficient breakdown of tasks between team members.
- Guarantee applications are improved for speed and accessibility
- Integrate sufficient and future-proof security components and monitor their continuing practicality
- Directly report to Chief Product Officer for development updates and suggestions and feedback and implement necessary changes with persistence
- Accountable for determining or revising cybersecurity procedures to the newest systems and models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, IT or a relevant field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 3 years' experience Back End Development
- Knowledgeable of back-end computing languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, Ruby etc
- Superb ability to manage tasks and timelines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills
Preferred candidates with a strong knowledge of many kinds of tools and frameworks, including languages such as Python, Java, and Ruby., and can work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Back End Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
