As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in our engineering team, contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions. What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements

- Contributing to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of software testing and debugging techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred candidates should have a strong passion for software development and a desire to learn and grow in their technical skills. Knowledge of web development frameworks, database systems, and agile methodologies is highly desired. We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Associate Software Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
